We assign a dedicated Accountant to each company, starting off by doing a thorough deep dive business diagnostics were we identify the weakness of the business and possible red flags that can lead to the failure of the business. We then create a tailor made plan for each business which outlines action plans to help the business grow. We create a detailed and realistic budget which is accompanied by monthly management accounts which are compared to the budgeted figure of the business to track cash flow management and business growth. We do one on-one 1hr financial coaching session with the entrepreneur to discuss the financial state of the business. We also help companies maintain their compliance status with
SARS and CIPC.
